About Us
Established in 2019 by Managing Director Toniele, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the sector, TC Advisory Group emerged from the recognition of a pressing need to support not-for-profit and non-Government organisations in elevating their service delivery while fostering and sustaining high-performing teams. Specialising in residential, foster, and kinship care, alongside child and adolescent mental health, Toniele is not only dedicated to maintaining high-quality practices but is also deeply attuned to the systemic challenges inherent in complex environments, as well as the multifaceted internal and external pressures within the sector.
At TC Advisory Group, our mission is to provide leadership, consulting, and supervision services to both leaders and front-line professionals in the social and human services sector. In doing so, we integrate the principles of neuroscience and contemporary leadership, strategically applying them alongside trauma-informed care, management theories, and clinical and non-clinical supervision approaches. By building purposeful and meaningful relationships, actively listening to our clients' needs, and strategically placing the most suitable and qualified staff, TC Advisory Group is committed to influencing and guiding all aspects of service delivery with an emphasis on the intersection of neuroscience and leadership excellence.
