Throughout her diverse career, Toniele has navigated various roles, ranging from direct care and specialist support in both corporate and non-Government sectors to senior management and Director positions in both private and non-government domains. She is an active Board Member for local community organisations and is a specialist leader in child protection, mental health, and domestic and family violence practice. Toniele's expertise extends to developing and delivering training programs in leadership, neuroscience, and capability enhancement. Her passion lies in cultivating high-performance leadership and management, guiding leaders at all stages to thrive in their organisational roles.
AASW Member, Toniele's extensive academic background includes post-graduate qualifications in Business and Management (MBA; GDM; GCM) and, Domestic and Family Violence, coupled with an Undergraduate degree in Social Work. Currently pursuing studies in the Neuroscience of Leadership, Toniele is committed to staying at the forefront of emerging fields to better inform her leadership and training practices. She actively engages in coaching and supervision for leaders, conducts training sessions, and offers organisational consulting services that span business, performance, capability, and wellbeing. Toniele's holistic approach is centred around equipping leaders with the skills and insights necessary for success in their professional journey.

Vanessa, is an experienced human services professional with an impressive over 16-year tenure in the Child Protection sector, navigating diverse roles across both Government and non-Government organisations. Her journey encompasses frontline and leadership positions, engaging in direct therapeutic care and assessment of young individuals. She has delved into investigative work and worked alongside the Commission for Children and Young People as well as working alongside the National Council for Children and consulting with the United Nations (UNICEF) to combat rights violations, particularly in addressing the commercial sexual exploitation of children.
Throughout her career, Vanessa consistently champions the cause of supporting children grappling with complex trauma. Her approach incorporates relevant therapeutic and neuroscience-informed practices, reflecting a profound dedication to enhancing awareness and comprehension of the neuro-biological impact of trauma on children's development. Organisations benefit from her wealth of knowledge, as she brings forth tailored training and professional development programs that encompass the latest research findings and best practice models. Hannah is an experienced human services professional with her career spanning, over 10 years in private and non-Government organisations. She has both volunteered and worked in front line case work and case management roles and held both senior and leadership positions throughout her career. She has a particular passion, for children and young people and families and providing supervision and professional development to others.
Hannah is a Professional Supervisor and Trainer with TC Advisory Group, specialising in youth work, residential care and alternative care options. She is passionate about building and equipping others through the supervisory relationship and supporting others to flourish in their own strengths and interests. Hannah is a natural mentor and leader to those around her. She is a wife and, a mother of three beautiful children and loves spending time with her family and friends.
